A woman dressed in black, traditionally worn by widows prays (left) while another woman wearing white which is said to have been worn by the Virgin Mary in an appearance to three children, a miracle believed by many Roman Catholics. Thousand of people are drawn to the village annually to celebrate the anniversary of the date of the Virgin's final appearance.
